Cleaning E36 Headlight Lenses

Hi all. I would like to know if anyone knows an easy way to clean my headlight
lenses on the inside. They have accumulated some dirt and I would like to get
it out. Can I remove the lens without disassembling the entire unit and then
having to re-aim? Please help. P.S. Justin. You are not the only rabid
enthusiast with an autobox.......
