<E28> Speed and Reference Sensors Replacement

Couple days ago I posted question about, as I thought then, fuel delivery 
problem in my 533i.  I got only one respond.  It turned out that the fuel 
delivery system was OK.  Now I believe I've got bad speed and/or reference 
sensor.  They both located next to each other on the transmission.  I 
ordered parts ($80/each sensor !!!!).  Does anybody had a chance to replace 
them?  It seems to be straight forward.  Is there any hidden problems?
