Turner Motorsport sells the JimC Chip (they call it the TMS Chip).  Their web
page shows expected results.  This is the only vendor that Jim sites on his
web page (http://www.bonnevillemotorwerks.com/).

For the 93-95 525i 
HP Stock/JimC Chip - 189 / 211
Peak HP gain - 18 @ 6000 RPM
Torque Stock/JimC Chip - 193 / 210
Peak Torque gain - 20 @ 4000
Rev. Limit - 7000 RPM

I have the JimC chip on my '91 525iA, and do not get quite this much gain due
to slightly different engines, but it's still a pretty good kick.
