The GSP-9700 isn't the only way to get a great balance.  Better
tire shops may also have on-car high speed finishing balance
equipment (Hoffmann is one supplier), which can spin the entire
wheel assembly up to 130mph with the wheel and tire mounted to the
car and indicate where additional balance weight, if any, is
needed.   There's a reason my 18" SO-2's ride like they're on
glass ;-)
