E30 Spring/shock install...

I am about to embark on a journey towards a better handling car.  Anyone
who has done a shock/strut and spring install on an E30 could you please
send me any pointers you can think of to make the job easier and, more
importantly, quickly(in one try that is).

Any MN digesters want to come over and help?  Didn't thinks so...but
please e-mail all advice you can think of!
