E30 Spring/shock install...

I am about to embark on a mission to make my suspension more able to
handle the speed my car is able to dish out on the track.  I just bought
springs and have some used Bilsteins that I'm going to install before
Sunday's BMW CCA event.  I've never done this before, so if anyone has
any info or advice on installing shocks, struts and springs so I can do
it right (and quickly) the first time could you send it my way?

Any MN digesters want to come over and help out?  No, you say?  There
could be some sort of "refreshments" in it for you!
