Sacramento Valley Chapter Suspended!

Hello Digesters:
I just received a letter from BMWCCA indicating that they are suspending 
the Sac Valley chapter for 60 days for the following infractions: 

1. Failure to publish a newsletter each 90 days and to mail that         
newsletter to each member of the Sacramento Valley Chapter, The BMW    
CCA National Office, each National Officer, and to all other BMW      
CCA Chapters that reciprocate in kind.

2. Failure to hold a chapter event or meeting at least once every 90     
days.

I always wondered why I never heard from those guys!  Any comments from 
my fellow digesters?  Any other close-by chapters I can join?
