Cool car

Hi
i was in Kansas City yesterday, and i met a guy who works for KC Trends.
He drives a honda civic and has 17" wheels on it.
He has the car lowered to where it looks like touring cars, where the
body covers part of the tire. 
He told me that he cut two coils from his eibach springs matched with
konis
i sat in the car and it bounced a lot
i want my 89 M3 to look like that but without the bounce. i have 15"
wheels on them
any suggestions???
