i did some quick page impression counts on the Links.html and
archive/index.html pages. links is relatively rarely visited (i don't keep
it as up to date as i would like to, due to lack of time.) the
archive/index.html has picked up dramatically since the server move; from
34% of the hit rate of the main page to 55%. this is probably the result of
a number of things, including digesters working through the server switch
hunting for digests they missed.

it causes rate setting to be a little tricky. i'll have to ponder this, and
run more stats as the days go by.
