E28 535is - Redline ATF

I just changed the ATF on my 1987 E28 535is to RedLine ATF and now I
noticed that there is a slight hesitation shifting from 1st to 2nd gear.
All other gear changes are fine..........Prior to the fluid change I
noticed the shifting from 1st to 2nd was very abrupt.
Is this symptomatic of the ATF or the a pending tranny
