BL/SS, Jim C., and otter commercialisations

Before everyone gets very fired up about the BL/SS price mark-up, remeber
that you can do it yourself.  Kinda like palying someone to change your
oil--you can do it, but it's easier to pay someone else.  

And if anyone's going to get upset about a measly mark-up so that Ben and
Rob can earn some money for their incredible trouble, how about looking at
the fact that J.C. chips have more than *doubled* when they went
commercial.  Does anyone out here honestly believe that a little EEPROM
costs more than a few pennies to produce?  But lets see you or me perform
the miracles he does(the fuel map goes where???).  I guess that's why we
pay $225 for a hunk of silicon.

I guess that the digest can lambaste Rob and Ben because they are up close
and personal. :(
