Hard to diagnose this over the internet.  Have you looked at your Guibo?
(the Flex-Disc coupling the transmission to the driveshaft). When these
crack and wear they can shimmy - makes a real mess when they disentegrate.

Again, another item tough to do over the Digest.  Might be time for a
Diagnostics check since you have a new 02 sensor.
