 wheel covers!  I'll bet you could get a set of 'em from an RV dealer.
You know, those big 'uns that you always see on the rear wheels of
motorhomes, slightly off center, wobbling like all get-out.  It would
probably take very little modification to get them clamped on over top
of your new wheels.
 Alternately, you need to first UUC DOWNgrade.  Sell your existing
wheels, one at a time to others who have hit potholes, curb scratches,
etc.  Once you've got 4 damaged (but otherwise identical, that's key) 
wheels on your car, and some extra $$ in your pocket, new wheels
aren't just a frivolity, they're mandatory!
