Anybody hear of incentives/rebates for remaining E36 328i models???

I'm still doing the M3/4 myself (Saturday morning as a matter of fact); =
but,
the finacee is wanting to get her own new wheels and has identified the
328i.  She wants to look at the E46 328i when we are picking-up my M3/4;
but, with the options she wants on an E46 328i, she could get an E36 =
M3/4
for about the same money!! (the E46 sport package doesn't include =
leather
unlike the E36, the H-K sound doesn't include the CD-Changer, etc...)

Anybody know of dealer incentives/rebates for the E36 328i??  I thought =
I
heard about a $2,000 dealer incentive; but, Edmunds only lists a =
subsidized
financing for the 7-series.
