<E34> HELP !!! Clicking brakes.

Hey Guys,
    Please, help me to resolve this mysterious problem.  When I step on =
the brake pedal something behind,  underneath of my =9190 BMW 535i is =
making clicks.  It is so obvious at the low speed.  This clicking noise =
is driving me crazy.  I have been inspecting everything underneath,  =
especially rear brakes and it looks in pretty decent condition.  Maybe =
someone out there is experienced this problem before.  Let me know what =
do you think about it.
