Replacing Interior/Exterior Door Seal ?

Hi there, I just noticed today that the foam strip which runs along the
border of the interior door is starting to break apart and has numerous
holes..I'm worried that it won't seal out water anymore...are these strips
easy to replace, it seems glued...or should I just bring it to a body
shop..?
