<All> Stoner "More Shine Less Time" for tires

Has anyone tried the product "More Shine Less Time" for tires by Stoner?
It was advertised on page 12 of the July Roundel.  It sounds too good to be
true: "lasts for weeks," "no wiping," "provides UV protection, won't harm
wheels, whitewalls, or paint."
