Suspension Work

I just made a purchase of a set of
Bilstein HD shocks and a set of
H&R OE Sport Springs, 2 upper strut bearings
and 2 rear shock mounts. Is this all I need
to get my car(1990 325I) to ride without all
the thumps and thuds. I have accumulated 168K miles
on this baby and it rides ROUGH. I also have
a set of Tires and Wheels sitting in my living
room waiting until I get this work performed,
before I have them mounted. I have 16x7.5 and
Goodyear 225/16H55.
Do I need anything else so that all this equipment
works okay together?
