325iX '88 info?

Hello BMWiers,

I'm looking into a '88 325iX .. 4WD drive..

The question I have is that this car has M sports edition, and I want to
make sure what that includes.. does anybody have that car or knows what is
included in that package?  The owner said it has am M badge on the steering
wheel, the shift knob, and the door sill,  and that's it.  I'm just a little
curious why BMW would produce a car with M badges (cosmetics) without any
actualy M parts like suspension or soo.. so my question is does this car has
the M suspension??

I also wanted to know from all you iX owners how good this car is for snow,
and if there is any problems they encoutered with that car.  I might be
relocating to Minneapolis and I'm terriffied of the snow.  Will this car
pull it there? does it have limited slip? I assume no traction of course..

Any hints, comments, suggestions would be greatly appreciated..
