Yes you can ship UPS COD, add $4.50 to shipping costs.

You must also specify "Cash or Certified Check" if you 
don't want a personal check.

Be aware that UPS assumes absolutely no liability for 
bogus cashiers checks, even if you insure the shipment.  

Just ask me, got a counterfeit CCheck for $31K.
