Any ideas whether the chrome strip front and rear windshield trim (which
turns brown with about 2 years of exposure to the elements) can be replaced
with the same part used on M Series, which is black instead of chrome. I
would like to replace the brown strips on my 88 535i with the corresponding
parts used on an 88 M5, _if they fit_. TIA.
