<E12> Built in fog machine...

The air coming out of the a/c has a very heavy condensation (is that wat it is?).  I looks like the
inside of the car's on fire to people on the freeway... lots of fog-like air out of the vents! 
Humidiy is a bit high here in Houston 99.9%.  It seems to calm down after a while but I don't
remember it doing this before.  Recently replaced the following: evaporator core, expansion valve,
drier, all hoses (I'll be sending out another message on that experience).

What's the deal?
