I have used all three. I wouldn't recommend KYB shocks for a BMW. Boge
Turbo Gas are great for a general-use street setup, but I thing they are a
bit soft. They are okay if you have a stock suspension that is not a "sport"
suspension like the "S" package. If you have an aftermarket sport suspension
or the "S" suspension, get the Bilstein Heavy Duty shocks for the street.
They are excellent and will last a long time. The Heavy Duty model is not
too harsh for the street. (Don't get the "Comfort" valving unless you want
to float through life and are willing to travel really slow through curves.)
If you use the car for a lot of track events and you have a stiffer
aftermarket suspension, the Bilstein Sport shocks will really improve the
car's handling, but it will be a pretty rough ride on the street.

Hope this helps.
