5-series wanted

I'm looking for an E28 5-series or E23 7-series, it must have:

(1) no rust; (2) a 5-speed; (3) somewhere around 100k miles; and 
(4) be located within two-three hours of Wilmington, DE (Virginia 
to New York and west to Allentown or there abouts) 

I would prefer a 535i or is, but will happily consider a 528e or 
533i.
