Zymol Application

I have obtained some of the Zymol products to use on my E34 1991 model
535i.

Does anyone on the Digest have a recommendation as to what to use to apply
the HD-Cleanse and the Vinyl treatment.  I am aware that the best
applicator for the wax will be my fingers.

I know the Zymol issues seem to get beaten to death on the Digest, but
these application questions are quite serious.
