Hello everyone ... I have read a lot of the posts here and am a little shy
to put out  my needs ... partly because I own an older model Beemer ....
anyway ...
I'm at the point where I'm not sure if I should keep my BMW any longer.
These are expensive toys !!! I have just completely rebuilt the engine on
this puppy and now there is word the the fuel distributor needs to be
replaced. I've talked with a few different mechanics about this and most of
them say that it's very rare to do this ... anyone have any feed back ? I
also am driving around in a 4 speed and want to replace it with a five speed
... is that a good idea and would it be worth the effort .... HELP
