Meguiar's makes three products for this.  I don't have the exact 
names here at work, but, they are #'s 10, 17 & 18.  The #10 is
the most coarse.  If your window is badly scratched or hazed, try
this one.  Then follow up with #17.  Both of these are abrasive 
(you wouldn't think by feeling the fluid, though).  I clean my
rear window with the #18 which is not abrasive.
