Eric, Call the folks at TRICK enterpeises, 1-800 444 1449.  They are quite ready to discuss fuels, boosters, etc, and know their stuff.  They market a booster product, but noted to me that it only makes a few 10ths of an octane point change (as do most) but does smooth out burn, etc.  It may be less expensive to add a gallon or 2 of unleaded (or leaded) 100 or 108 octane fuel to a tank to get the same final octane number.  BTW, I ran straight 100 o. at a recent drivers school in my 94 325is (chip, etc) and it preformed better that it ever has on "pump" gas - it even ran cooler.
