|Does anyone know where (other than a dealership) I might be able to 
|obtain the 5-sided hex-like tool for removing my radio?  The dealer 
|wants $20 for it, but since it contains less material/craftsmanship 
|than a No. 2 pencil, I'd feel pretty stoopid paying them more than 
|$2.50 for it.  

Just use a small screw driver.  You can take out the radio with no visible
damage.  I've done it about five times with no problems.  Just get one that
fits snug.
