<E36> Suspension Info Needed

     Well, I've got the bug again. I *must* upgrade the suspension on 
     my '95 325iC... (I hope my wife does not find out, NOT THAT IT 
     MATTERS...)
     Currently I have the sports package with the cool 16" wheels. I 
     use the car for day to day driving and some (not enough) spirited 
     driving. So, I do not want to bounce around when I drive to work.
     
     I've heard that Racing Dynamics setup is the best compromise 
     between performance and street drivability. Any comments out 
     there?
     How much does it lower the car and how much stiffer does it get 
     (preferably over the late '95 sports suspension)? What's the 
     best/cheapest place to buy it from? How is installation?
