Re: To bra, or not to bra

Mike,

I'm not sure which guy you were at the meetings, but here's my
feeling on bras. I would only use a bra on a long trip. They do damage
the paint in the way you described. It is important to put the bra on
right after the car was washed. It is equally important to remove the bra
when you wash the car. This is very similar to the dilemma with car
covers. They can help a car stay clean if the car was already clean, but
they can scratch if there is ANY dirt. I own a bra, but I rarely put it
on- I've used it twice. Driving to Indiana and back. That's it, and I
think I got my $80.00 worth.
