Thanks for all the responses to my inquiries about used BMW's. As it turns out I got a nice enough settlement from the insurance Co to buy a new car, but I can't afford a new BMW yet, so I've decided on a 1995 VW Jetta GLX (with the VR6 engine). At least I'm getting closer to my dream of an M5 or 850 (I'm buying from the right country :-) )! Thanks again, - - -Eric
