Good Deal??

I am planning on purchasing my first BMW and have the opportunity to purchase
a 1994 325is "M-technics" model with roughly 5K miles.

It has only been driven during good weather conditions and the owner has
taken incredible care of the car. It also has an extended warranty (100K)
miles.  He is asking $32K for the car.  

First off, if anyone owns one of these cars (they only made 100), what are
your impressions of it (performance and maintenance/repaircosts) and second,
does this sound like a good deal.
