The only one I've found that covers the AWD stuff is the factory
manual.  There is a lot of overlap with the other E30s as far as the
interior, engine, rear suspension and the like.  The stuff that is
different is often (but not always) similar enough to the non-AWD
cars that you can figure out the difference (e.g. changing the
front shocks).  There are a couple of gotcha's though (e.g. the
circuit that makes the ABS work with the AWD).

I'd say that for normal maintenance and simple DIY stuff, a regular
E30 manual is suffecient.  For anything in depth, get the factory
manual.
