Spartanburg plant?

I just got this month's Zunfolge with an article about the new plant:

	"In front of the plant is the 'Zentrum,' which is where the
	visitor's center will be once plant tours are available to the
	public."  -- Dec 1994

That implies that they dont offer tours yet :(
