Help!!!

Hello all,
  I am in desperate need of some of the usual sage advice from the list.
 This past Friday night(12/9), some uncouth delinquents decided to make my 79
Euro 635 an artistic expression with a rather unjudicious application of
white paint(ARRGH, I've been tagged!!!).  Anyhow, after large amounts of
scrubbing with a concentrated degreaser/cleaner and (gasp) carb cleaner
followed quickly with water, most of the paint was removed.  There are still
small specks of paint that seem to have been absorbed into the rubber(?) rear
spoiler on the trunk lid.  Does anyone have any ideas how to get rid of
this?? 

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated... and thanks in advance.
