Here in New York, the new state senate majority leader just announced his
inttention to introduce a bill to raise the speed limit to 65 on rural
interstates.
The same report mentioned that our new govenor ("Pataki" as anyone who
wactches Letterman knows :-) ) is ex[pected to support it.
