Access to List

i must confess, i'm getting very tired of people who weren't paying attention
two weeks ago when this all happened.

the normal (non-digest) bmw list has been discontinued until further
notice.  it was causing major email conjestion at this site, to the
point of interfering in a major way with "real work".  everyone is
on digest.  the regular list may come back, but only if we can
resolve the problems we were having.

and that's the story.
