You might consider a prophlactic replacement of the entire PS cooler tubing 
with its crimped on connection to the hose.

This is a common place for failure.

(cut and clamp if its just under the reservoir, and for people with the cheap 
factory crimp on clamp, take it off, and put a proper one on in its place)
