Re:  2003 E46 DRL's

Anyone know how to program the Daylight Running Lights?  My BMW Center tells 
me that it can't be done until NA provides the correct software!!!  The 
official word is that it is being "finalized"!  Let's see, that model goes out of 
production next month- my confidence is shaken.  So much for the safety aspects 
of owning a new 3 Series.
