E30 sport seat electricals ... Help!

Can anyone elighten me as to the function of the
second electrical connector under the E30 sport seat?

I know one is for the bottom heater. What's the second
one for? Height adjustment? Headrest? And, I'm
assuming my '91 325i doesn't have the wiring (to power
supply) for this second connection (since it is not a
sport model). Any suggestions as to how I can
facilitate this function (once identified) would be
appreciated.

PS. What's the little lever for? The one midway along
the side of the bottom cushion. I don't have this one
on the original seats. Thanks, again.
