[alfa] liner-block clearance

Mark - I just think your liners aren't seated completely. The spec is .0004 
to .0024 according to my book. You've got new, uncompressed o-rings, and 
really haven't pushed down on the cylinder liners more than with hand 
pressure probably. That's my take on it. Maybe someone else on the board can 
pipe in on it.
