When I noticed my stock muffler was beginning to rust I replaced it with an Ansa unit.  The installation only took a few minutes.  Nicer sound but not obnoxiously so and a slight horsepower gain from 4K rpm and up (it might have help that I've installed a K&N air filter for a bit better intake).
