Ha! I had a red Chevette. A diesel Chevette. An
automatic diesel Chevette. With a white vinyl top, and
4 doors.

As soon as I could I began a ground up restoration of
a 1976 Alfetta GT. (I was 19 and therefore an idiot,
not knowing the car had the same open-market value
essentially as a pile of rust or as a Showroom New
Beauty)
