[alfa] RE: Exhausts
From: "mp" <livebait1@domain.elided>
Subject: [alfa] ANZA exhaust vs. stock
Can anyone address whether or not it is significant enough to pay the
premium of getting ANZA exhaust components over the Alfa stock exhaust
components? My Milano center and rear mufflers are getting replaced and I
can't decide if paying a bit more for ANZA product is really worth it. I
care less about the exhaust note and more on reduced backpressure...
I carry ANSA and Ciasm ( ALFA OEM manufacture) for stock Alfa exhausts.
Ciasm is supposed to be made of slightly heaver grade metal and are just a
little more. . Both look the same and fit exactly like original. I also
sometimes can get hard to find exhausts from a German manufacture. Ansa
also makes "Freeflow" exhausts for those that want chrome tips and throatier
sound.
