Loads of differences. Wiring looms, facia, pedal box, etc.

For the 155 Alfa used a different ash tray between rhd and lhd.

Some cars (Fords for example, as well as the 75) had the brake m/c
in the same place for lhd and rhd, but the rhd models have a bar
running over the back of the engine bay to operate it.
