[alfa] Car Disc problem

If the Car Disc worked in Windows 98 then it will work in XP. Here is what
you have to do.
Put the CD in the cdrom and click on My Computer. Then right click on the CD
and click on properties. When the properties open click on Compatibility.
Select Windows 98/Me. You may have to click one or more of the check boxes
as well. Just try the different combinations until it works. Once you have
done thi it will save these settings for every time you run this program.
