Gwynne.....I got some 8 x 11 x 12 mm  oilite bushings, reamed the bushing
part of the hinge to 11mm and then used an oilite washer to take the end
thrust.....worked well and for little cost.....
       MD Metrics  800 638 1830    has the hardware...
