The European crash test of the 147 was done a year or two ago (probably close to its introduction). The European crash testing authority assigns stars for crashworthiness and the 147 didn't get as many stars as its competitors, so I guess that answers the question about what happened to the crash test dummies. But as one Alfisti pointed out, the bar has been raised considerably in just a few years and the 147 actually did as well as Volvos and Audis of five years ago which are generally thought of as very safe vehicles.
