i have no experience with their torque wrenches, but have
a set of SK flare wrenches that are pretty nice and a good
opinion of their socket sets.

i have a bit of used Snap-On (there's a good used tool store in
Schenectady NY and occasionally you can grab some nice
stuff there.) i rather like it, but not at the prices they charge for
new tools.
